Instead of studying this, IIDA should keep membership fees low in order to encourage economic diversity. Anyone can choose a career in design, skin color or race are not keeping people out. The ability to go to school, to earn qualifications - the economics of a career choice is the gate keeper, and it is maintaining that career choice that can be difficult.

The tight leading all caps typography is always very powerful when used, but the bold chunkiness of the type doesn't seem to marry well with the style of the watches (and the same layout was used for both watch styles). The typography is "loud urban cool," but the watches seem to have different agendas.
